Overview
This document will compare the various types of happiness and the relationship to selfcare; reflect on one’s own actions and thoughts in relation to one’s mental health; state three nursing team activities of practicing gratitude that are evidence-based for positive physiological effects and reducing burnout.
You will need to pass the CEU posttest with 75% or higher to receive credit.
Learning Objectives
By the completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
